Commitment

Commitment is the most significant factor in achieving your goals, and it is the final Step to Success

Every successful relationship relies on commitment. Through the act of making commitments and then honoring those commitments, we not only achieve goals, but we also build trust in ourselves and others.

Commitment is a critical component of the coaching relationship. As your coach, I make a serious commitment to you and your goals. I will also expect a high level of commitment from you as well. The following list represents the MINIMUM commitments between you and I as we pursue your goals.

What commitment do you receive from your coach?

- As your coach, I commit to making every effort possible within the coaching relationship to help you achieve your goals.

What is it going to take to achieve all of my goals?

- As your coach, I commit to always abide by the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. I invite you to review the ICF Code of Ethics page by clicking here.
