Committment

Commitment is the most significant factor in achieving your goals, and it is the final Step to Success

Every successful relationship relies on commitment. Through the act of making commitments and then honoring those commitments, we not only achieve goals, but we also build trust in ourselves and others.

Commitment is a critical component of the coaching relationship. Your coach makes a serious commitment to you and your goals and expects a high level of commitment from you as well. The following list represents the MINIMUM commitments we pursue your goals.

What commitment do you receive from your coach?

- Your coach commits to making every effort possible within the coaching relationship to help you achieve your goals.

- Your coach commits to respect you as you are today as well as who you want to be tomorrow.

- Your coach commits to listen carefully to you, providing you a safe, friendly, and non-judgmental place to explore your desires and goals.
